Hanover Air Park Facility Sold to Richmond Investment Properties LLC

Richmond Investment Properties LLC has purchased the 16,875 SF office/warehouse facility at 11107 Air Park Drive in Hanover County from BSC Properties LLC.  Kevin Cox handled the sale negotiations.

Hanover County Industrial Park Sells for $4.7MM

Hickory Hill Road Virginia LLC has purchased the 189-acre industrial site on Hickory Hill Road in Hanover County for $4.7 million.  The Graymont Industrial Park was sold by Richmond-based Brooks Investment II Company LLC and Brooks Investment III Company LLC.  Click here to read the announcement from Virginia Business.

Midlothian Turnpike Corridor Office Building Sold to Daily Planet

Daily Planet Virginia has purchased the 15,525 SF office building at 180 East Belt Boulevard in the City of Richmond from Blue Investment Group.  Byron Holmes handled the marketing and sale negotiations.

Commerce Road Industrial Portfolio Sold to City of Richmond

The City of Richmond purchased a portfolio of properties along the Commerce Road corridor from Ashbys Real Estate Investment LLC with plans to relocate their fleet maintenance facilities from the current location off North Boulevard in preparation for redevelopment of the 60-acre North Boulevard site.  The Commerce Road complex will house maintenance operations for City vehicles ranging from police cars to public works trucks.  Dick Porter represented the seller in the marketing and sale negotiations.
