Kevin joined Porter Realty in 2004 with six years of previous experience in the trucking and transportation industry. As a firm vice president, Kevin provides clients with extensive experience in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Kevin has been recognized as one of the area’s top commercial real estate producers by the Richmond Association of Realtors, and named a CoStar Power Broker. He serves as a board member of the Hanover Industrial Air Park Business Association (HIAPBA) and a member of the Hanover Association of Businesses & Chamber of Commerce. Kevin graduated from Longwood University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science and contributes as a member of the Longwood College of Business Alumni Board.

Louis Madison LLC has purchased the 12,000 SF office building at 9568 Kings Charter Drive in Hanover County from Kings Charter Properties LLC. The property is located east of I-95 off Sliding Hill Road, across from the Hanover Industrial Air Park. Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Louis Madison LLC has also purchased an 8,790 SF office building at 9671 Sliding Hill Road in Hanover County from Donald & Sandra Seelmann. Kevin Cox represented the buyer in that transaction.
