AUGUST 2007 – PORTER REALTY HANDLES THE SALE OF THE 39,000 SF +/- FORMER MEADWESTVACO MANUFACTURING BUILDING AT 2910 COFER ROAD IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND.

RICHMOND, VA. Porter Realty Company Inc. handled the sale of this manufacturing building to Marble Systems of Fairfax LLC. Richard W. Porter, CCIM, SIOR, of Porter Realty represented the seller and Byron W. Holmes, CCIM of Porter Realty represented the buyer in this transaction.
