RICHMOND, VA Cliff Porter was presented the "Platinum Award" for Excellence in Commercial Real Estate in the Richmond Metropolitan area and throughout Central Virginia by the CIE. This is the highest Dominion award given for transactions totaling over $20 million. This is the first time anyone has reached the Platinum level.
