APRIL 2007 – CLIFF PORTER IS AWARDED THE “2006 MOST SIGNIFICANT TRANSACTION” FOR THE GREATER RICHMOND AREA BY VA CCIM CHAPTER

RICHMOND, At the 2007 Dominion Directions Conference held by the Virginia CCIM Chapter, Cliff Porter received the award for the "2006 Most Significant Transaction", recognized for the construction of The Shoppes at White Oak. This will be Eastern Henrico's first major shopping center that should create over 2,100 jobs and generate $80 million in revenue for Henrico County during its first 15 years in existence.

The shops will occupy 136 acres and 914,000 SF +/-. This was the top transaction noted by CCIM for the Greater Richmond area for the 2006 year, and demonstrates Porter Realty’s ability to handle even the most prestigious and prevalent of transactions.
