Robert E. Porter, Sr. formed Porter Realty in 1965. At the time, the company was a one-man business, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial land and warehouses. Over the years, the venture grew and began handling major industrial facilities and commercial properties.
Early on, Porter developed a business philosophy that rested solidly on thorough market knowledge, superior service, creative problem solving and uncompromising integrity.
