Dick graduated from the University of Tennessee
1976 with a B.S. Degree in General Business. He
served in the Signal Corps of the U.S. Army for
3 1/2 years and was stationed in Europe. In 1980,
he came to work in the family business, and since
that time, he has specialized in the sales and
leasing of industrial property.

Affiliations and Achievements
He is a member of the Society of Industrial and
Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a Past President
of the Virginia SIOR Chapter. He also holds the
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation. He received the Ruby Award in 2000
from the Richmond Association of Realtors, and
has been recognized annually by the Richmond Association
of Realtors' Distinguished Achiever Awards for
high volume in sales and leasing. He is also a
member of the West Richmond Business Men's Association
and the River Road United Methodist Church.
